Please use the FAQ below to answer the most common questions, if your question is answered in any of the following there is no need to contact us. If you have emailed and there is an answer in the FAQ you will not get a reply.
WHAT ARE CUSTOM DTF TRANSFERS?
Custom DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are high-quality heat transfers that can be pressed onto garments using a heat press. They’re durable, vibrant, and suitable for cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DISPATCH IN THE UK?
Yes. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day within the UK, ensuring fast turnaround for small businesses and wholesale customers.
ARE YOUR DTF TRANSFERS READY TO PRESS?
Yes. We offer ready-to-press DTF transfers, meaning no weeding or preparation is required. Simply heat press and peel following the instructions provided. Visit our Ready-To-Press page to view all products
HOW DO I ORDER?
You will need to register an account with us. You can do this from the website by clicking on the sign-in button at the top and following the on-screen instructions. Once registered you can sign into your account and add items to your cart and check out.
WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution JPEG files. For best results, we recommend transparent PNG files at 300 DPI.
WHAT FABRICS CAN DTF TRANSFERS BE APPLIED TO?
DTF transfers work on:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Cotton-poly blends
- Light and dark garments
They are ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more.
WHAT CAN UV-DTF STICKERS BE APPLIED TO?
UV-DTF stickers are very versatile and can be applied to most hard, smooth, non-porous surfaces. They’re designed for permanent, durable adhesion without heat.
UV-DTF stickers work best on hard and smooth surfaces such as:
- Glass (windows, bottles, jars)
- Plastic (acrylic, PVC, ABS, hard plastics)
- Metal (stainless steel, aluminium, coated metals)
- Ceramic (mugs, tiles)
- Painted surfaces (fully cured paint)
- Wood (sealed or varnished)
ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE ARTWORK SERVICES?
Unfortunatley we are unable to offer any bespoke artwork services.
All artwork submitted to us at the time placing an order is considered final by us.
By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- All artwork files are print-ready, including correct sizing, resolution, colours, and layout.
- We will print your artwork exactly as supplied. No resizing, editing, colour correction, or amendments will be made to your design.
- Any issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, or design faults are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all prints are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the error is proven to be caused by us (e.g. incorrect print, damaged print, or production fault).
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QTY?
No, you are free to buy as little or as much as you like, the choice is yours!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For shipping prices please see delivery charges. We ship with Royal Mail or DPD. You have the choice of courier at checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR DISPATCH TIMES?
We usually dispatch orders the same day if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. You will get a shipped email once the order has been sent.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will be sent tracking information, if you did not get this please check your junk folder in your email.
MY TRACKING HASN'T CHANGED FOR A FEW DAYS?
Sometimes couriers can experience delays if you have not had your parcel after 7 working days from the date it was shipped from us please get in touch with your order number. We will not replace or refund before this time. Email us at:

MY ORDER SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?
Please email your order number so we can investigate. Please note that if the courier has marked the parcel as delivered a full investigation to locate the parcel can take up to 10 working days. At that time, we will not be able to replace or refund until we have a conclusion to the investigation from the courier. Email us at:

I HAVE A DAMAGED ITEM IN MY ORDER?
In line with our terms and conditions, we require any reports of a damaged item to be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this, we are unable to refund or replace.
You will need to email a picture of the damaged item along with your order number. We will investigate and either refund or replace the item. If we feel the damage to the item is beyond the manufacturer's fault, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund or replace the item. Email us at:

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Sorry, we do not offer any additional items to be added to orders. You will need to place a new order where shipping charges may apply. Emails requesting adding to an order will not be responded to.
I SENT AN EMAIL BUT HAD NO RESPONSE?
We can take up to 24 hours to respond to emails. Please check the junk folder. Please note emails asking to add on to orders or stock updates are not responded to as these two questions are answered in the FAQ. If you are still waiting for a response after 24 hours and you don’t have anything in your junk folder please email us again.
I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN, HOW DO I THAT?
All custom prints and gangsheet are considered custom and made to order so unfortunatley we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom work.
This does not apply to our DTF prints from stock. You can return these items within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the time to decline any return request if it falls out of our terms and conditions.
