8.1 You have 14 days from delivery of goods to raise a return of products that you no longer require or where you have changed your mind. Returns must be actioned through your order history on your account section on the website. To create a return. Items that you no longer require or where you have changed your mind must be returned to us in unused and acceptable condition to resell, failure to do so will result in no refund of the items deemed unsellable. Used items are defined in clause 8.2
8.2 Your right to a return or refund is void if the items you have sent back have been sold to your customer, washed by you or your customer and have been altered in any way for example personalised.
8.3 Items marked as clearance or in the clearance section of the website are non-returnable or refundable
8.4 Received the wrong item.
8.5 If you have received the wrong item in your order, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will not be able to correct any issue after 14 days.
8.6 We will require you to email us your order number, and a picture of the wrong item including a picture of the labels on the inside, and you will need to inform us what item is needed.
8.7 We will require you to send the incorrect item back to us via a prepaid returns label before we can action a replacement, we will not need the item back to us before this happens. We will be notified that that the item has been handed over and we will action the correct replacement.
8.8 Where you would like to have a refund of the item that was not sent, we would still require you to action clause 8.6.
8.9 We will not replace or refund any wrong item that has been used as set out in clause 8.2
8.10 Damaged item
8.11 If you have received an order with a damaged item, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will not be able to correct any issue related to damaged goods after 14 days.
8.12 We will require you to send us an email with your order number, and a picture of the damage. We reserve the right to reject any damage claim where we feel the damage is beyond a manufacturing fault.
8.13 We will not investigate a damage claim if you have sent the item to your customer, they or you have washed the item or the item has been personalised.
8.14 Custom print orders are non refundable or returnable. All custom prints and gangsheets are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom prints.
