Returns:

All custom prints and gangsheets are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom prints.

However this does not apply to our DTF prints from stock. Our refund and exchange policy applies. This can be found here.

Faulty or damaged goods:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. When reaching out, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage if possible.

Artwork:

By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:

  • All artwork files are print-ready, including correct sizing, resolution, colours, and layout.
  • We will print your artwork exactly as supplied. No resizing, editing, colour correction, or amendments will be made to your design.
  • Any issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, or design faults are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all prints are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the error is proven to be caused by us (e.g. incorrect print, damaged print, or production fault).
